    People assume it's about STDs but clearly it's about lying on the beach, a crab sneaks up and walks on you, bites you, and then you need to go to the doctor for an appointment etc.

    Hi there. I was not aware that crabs allso is a venereal disease. I do now get the point of the lyrics and understand why Atlantic removed it from the international release.
