I've been missing from the forum for a bit now, so I do not remember if I or someone else created a similar thread on women in rock ....thus, if a similar thread exists, plus feel free to redirect or remove it.....
I've listened to women rocker's ever since I picked up a copy of Let's have a party sung by Wanda Jackson ! It was quick n ezy to move on in womanland from then on with Suzi Quatro, Janis Joplin, Grace Slick and on to Crucified Barbara

my claim to fame was i played pool with Girlschool at Birkenhead Stairways, they were playing there that night, when i think of how debauched they probably could get, they were dead down to earth and funny. -
