AC/DC: A setlist change at last

… well, a setlist change of┬ásorts – 4 songs dropped to be precise.

At the recent Oslo gig, AC/DC were forced to drop a handful of songs.

The problem was caused when AC/DC’s plane didn’t land until the gig was intended to begin. After approximately an hour delay, the boys finally got to the stage. “We came as fast as we could, and the party starts right now!” said Brian Johnson, lead singer of the band.

Struggling to find time to get through the set-list, Angus, Malcolm, Cliff, Phil and Brian had to cut four songs including Shot Down in Flames, Black Ice and War Machine.

The most disappointing cut to the 40,000 fans was the removal of For Those About To Rock (an ending song that has been a staple on every tour since it was released).

“We got to beat the curfew! Good night everybody! We salute you!”, added Johnson when closing out the show.
